- number of travelers

- city of residence

- hotel name or address in Condesa, Roma, Polanco, Chapultepec or Coyoacan (except downtown). Otherwise a meeting location 

- name of the person registered and mobile number.

Notes:

​The Chapel is usually closed in Holy week and from December15th thru January 7th.

​

Upon request drop off at Casa Frida Kahlo in Coyoacán. (Except groups over 3 people).
